What we measure on this website
We count how visitors use this website so we can improve it and answer requests faster. This counting uses no cookies and does not follow you to other websites.
What we count
- Pages you openWhich page was opened, whether you scrolled most of the way down, and pages that were not found.
- Buttons you tapTaps on Call, WhatsApp and Get a Quote, and visits from the QR code on our card. We record where the button was, not what you write.
- Quote form stepsWhich step of the quote form was reached or finished, how many photos were added, and that a request was sent.
- How you browseLanguage changes, questions opened, districts or zones chosen and site search use. For searches we only count how many letters were typed and how many results appeared, never the words.
- Speed and errorsHow fast pages load and whether a page error happened, so we can fix slow or broken pages.
What we never collect in these counts
- Your name or phone number. Those are only saved when you send a quote request yourself.
- The words you type into search or forms.
- Cookies or identifiers that follow you across other websites.
- Visits from known automated programs (bots). These are left out.
A visit code that ends with your visit
Your browser keeps a random visit code while the tab is open, so we can tell one visit from another. It is removed when you close the tab and is not linked to your name or number.
How long we keep it
Detailed visit records are deleted after 90 days. After that we only keep daily totals, such as how many people opened a page on a given day.
Spam protection
To stop abuse, your connection address is turned into a scrambled code that cannot be reversed and is used only to limit very frequent requests. It is not saved with the counts.
Optional tools
Advertising and measurement tools from other companies load only if you choose Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. If you choose Decline, they never load.
